✂️“VIVA LA VULVA”✂️
This multilayered paper-cutting was hands down my favourite thing to make for the @libresse_sverige campaign! 💗
This was actually the small (original) version that I made as a mock-up to pitch my tunnel idea and to test the shape and design.
I loved this little one so much that I decided to bring it along with me to the studio on the day of filming!
While we were setting up the bigger tunnel scene to be shot, we decided in between takes to add in an extra scene... a Stop Motion which shows this paper-cutting being build up layer by layer... and I love that it ended up in the final video! 🤗
I’m not usually one to use my social media platform to make political statements... but it saddens me to see that - despite the campaign’s beautiful, important and quite frankly hilariously delivered message - over 50 people felt the need to unfollow me after posting the project due to it’s “shocking” content... This just shows how much campaigns like these are still needed to break the stigma! 😔
